I have already written a 2 000 word blog post about how much I liked the Tarptent Stratospire Li on my thruhike of the Swedish mountains in 2023, so I’ll keep this short. The Stratospire Li is a great tent. Lightweight, reliable in both rain and strong winds, and with enough space for two people and plenty of room to spare if you’re hiking solo. My Stratospire Li is starting to reach the end of its life after four years of pretty heavy use. When it’s time to replace it, I’ll get another Stratospire from Tarptent, but the version made out of the more durable (and heavier) Ultra material. I expect that one to see me through many more years of hiking in the Swedish mountains.
