Reeder 2 for Mac Released in Beta →

Nine months ago, the Mac version of Silvio Rizzis fantastic RSS reader Reeder was shut down due to the discontinuation of Google Reader. Yesterday, Reeder for Mac was revived in the form of an open beta that can be downloaded from the apps website. On the surface everything looks pretty much the same, but a lot has happened under the hood. Reeder for Mac now supports Feedly, Feed Wrangler and Fever.

Reeder has been my default app for RSS feeds on both iOS and Mac for several years, and when Silvio Rizzi removed the Mac version it left a big empty space in my dock. This is a happy reunion.
